Haven’t been to a meeting? Get plugged in! It is a great way to learn specific information necessary for your weight loss journey, to meet people who are experiencing the same changes you are going through, and to make some new friends. Our Clinic Director, Elizabeth Shelton, is a registered dietician and can help answer any of your nutritional questions, and at each meeting we have a special guest cover different topics, such as “Dressing Your New Body”, “Plastic Surgery after Weight Loss”, and “Relationship Changes”. Losing weight after surgery is a life changing journey, so please come and help support one another.
