Dr. Clemence earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency program at Walter Reed Army medical Center in Washington, DC. He is a member of the South Texas Center for Orthopaedics, Candidate Member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, is a member of the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Clemence specializes in total knee arthroplasties and revisions with knee arthroscopies.
